Must I reregister to vote if I move outside NY?I am a high School Senior and will be 18 before the GOP primary in NY, and I want to vote, but I will be in college outside New York by the General Elections. I am not a Republican, but I want to vote in the Republican primary, in order to make sure a candidate I really don't want doesn't win New York. When I move to college, if I must Reregister, can I change my party affiliation easily, or is it difficult to change. |
